Since i`m learning HU lately with moderate to high success i can`t not think about the game. In my last post i uploaded pt stats of my tilt free period running with 20bb/100. Last night i lost 9bi to a guy. Now this is a situation me and Rhaegar have a fight about for a long time now. His position is the logical - if he puts it in with the worst of it and still win u should never quit if ur not tilting. Yeah luck doesn`t have memory and the math is math. I, as a logical person think that should be a fuckin fact. Yet, i couldn`t not notice that some guys, some days just do NOT lose no matter what. Yeah its against any logical thought but it is true. Now here`s the pt stats i said i`ll post. Its from the last 7-8 days; i`m not playing many hands per day but i do concentrate fully on the several hundred i play. I know how tight these stats for HU are and i usually play a lot looser. Just had the luck to pick up such terrible uberlooseagro opponents that i didn`t really need to do much most of the time. I am not running godlike, i actually run the same way i ran when i thought i`m runnin like shit Still loosing to 20%- hands here and there and stuff. Yet 100nl HU seems so ez that u can actually destroy it playing low variance, almost risk-free game.




A big boost in the quality of my game comes from listinening to a new bulgarian online radio. J/k ofc I actually plan on withdrawing my 7-8bi rakeback soon ( 800$ = 1040 bulgarian leva = 2.5x average salary here ) so i can feel calm about my expenses and play my best. Because of my long term discipline problems i`m in doubt if i should move up when i reach 25-30bi, or when i play say 20-30k hands tilt-free. I`m for sure waiting for some better weather to move up cus this dark-ass rainy shit i see through my windows seems to affect my mood. I started going to bed late again too, and this does no good so i`ll try to be fallen asleep before 2am from now on.

On the other hand my university excams are coming soon. I guess i`ll have a few days off poker but nothing more. I seem to be naturally-gifted law learner Btw since i`ve seen pics of most of u lpers in other topics and mine is nowhere i decided to post several of myself. I mean i`m not the most active poster but i am browsing lp for more than a year now and gotta say i`ve learned a lot here. I remember the first good advice i got, Baal told me how poorly i`ve played a 10nl hand w/ KK and was nice enough to PM me back the right way to play it. My point is i`m trying to introduce myself to the lp community now . Anyways, this is my favourite pic of me altho noone else seems to like it lol :

Its been a while since i last posted. I`m actually not sure if my blog was of any use to me or to anybody else so that`s the main reason for long-time-no-update. It also hasn`t been much of a blog so far so that can be the reason. Trying to make it real now.

To summarize what happened to me - first thing i started running & playing well @ 200nl HU and was destroying the games / withdrawing most of the winnings. I`ve always thought of me not having tilt problems at all but recently realized i`m a tilt monkey. And by that i don`t mean massive spews every hand but generally "importing" several huge leaks in my game when tilted. For example autopiloting / playing hands face up / not stopping when i HAVE to stop playing. These problems got me virtually busto.

I was running under expectations both in poker and in life. Unhealthy eating for 2 years got me to low energy levels, low concentration and increased body fat (before poker i`v always been lean and athletic). I was lazy, depressed and generally paying too much attention to little annoying things in life. I also found that autopiloting 17/14 on 12 tables 6max doesn`t work as well as it used to . I`m glad i finally decided its time for a change. I`ve dropped 11 kg the last two months and got my body and energy to the best level`s they`v ever been. This was a result of me reading a nutrition / fitness book and following the suggestions. Now i feel so fine that its like i`m on drugs all day everyday. Its fuckin unbelievable how much changing from unhealthy to healthy eating can affect u. Whatever i do i`m doing its close to perfect again. I`m also a lot happier no matter if i do smth or do nothing So i strongly recommend everyone reading this to stop eating shit and u`ll be surprised of the results.

As expected this changes hit my game too. I take beats with a smile, quit bad games, not tilt at all. I also discovered what my main problem in poker was. Yes there were a lot ot problmes put the main reason for them was me becoming extremely NOT patient and calm. I had lost my cool. Fixing that seems to have fixed everything. I think over situations and come up with the best decision i`m capable of reaching. Now i`m regrinding my bankroll for a several thousand HU hands already and i can say i feel i control what is happening to me at the table. That`s huge i gotta say. A good thing about HU is that it gave me the joy of the game again.

I`m not gonna post graphs / results in this post. But if i contunie updating this i`m gonna do it soon.
